Main Responsibilities
  1. As part of a sales team, you will have a quarterly revenue quota. The two main ways to grow your revenue are:
  2. Ensuring your clients reach their campaign goals consistently.
  3. Acquiring new clients for Microsoft Advertising.
  4. Providing excellent client service during all stages of the sales process: prospecting, pitching, campaign proposals, account setup, optimization, troubleshooting, analysis, and reporting.
  5. Understanding key customer needs, developing trust, and pitching new solutions or improvements.
  6. Serving as the communication link between key customers and internal teams.
  7. Resolving client issues promptly.
  8. Preparing regular reports on progress and forecasts for stakeholders.
Skills and Experience Required
  • 4+ years in roles such as key account manager, account manager in advertising platforms, performance specialist, or customer success manager in marketing technology.
  • Digital marketing knowledge including running performance campaigns, attribution models, tracking pixels, MMPs, SDKs.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Languages: English (required).
  • Tools: Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint (required); Analytics, Tag Manager, MMPs (desirable).
