The Position

As part of a growing team, you will be a solution provider responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding the company's client portfolio. You will also manage accounts related to these new opportunities.

What You Will Do:
  • Build new business and develop strong partnerships with clients in the IT industry.
  • Organize and coordinate resources for successful delivery of recruiting/staffing services.
  • Market selective resources to targeted prospective clients.
  • Communicate with, support, and retain existing and placed resources.
  • Work with clients to meet their standards, protocols, and expectations.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years in sales/business development, with at least 4 years selling staffing, BPO, or RPO services to tech companies (startups to enterprises).
  • 2+ years as an agency recruiter supporting U.S. accounts (full-cycle hiring or sales).
  • Experience managing and growing key client accounts, with the ability to own relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive renewals/expansions.
  • Technical aptitude to understand client hiring needs (IT recruiting experience preferred).
  • Strong pipeline management skills; experience with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), ATS tools, and MS Office.
  • Fluent in English with excellent presentation and pitching skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, HR, or related fields.
  • Experience with CRM or Applicant Tracking System and MS Word.
