The Position

You will work with a growing team to generate new business opportunities and expand our client portfolio. You will also manage accounts related to these new opportunities.

• Responsibilities include:
• Building new business and partnerships within the IT industry.
• Organizing resources for successful delivery of staffing services.
• Marketing resources to prospective clients.
• Supporting and maintaining relationships with existing and placed resources.
• Ensuring client standards, protocols, and expectations are met.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales/business development, with at least 4 years selling staffing, BPO, or RPO services to tech companies.
• 2+ years as an agency recruiter supporting U.S. accounts.
• Experience managing and growing key client accounts, negotiating contracts, and driving renewals/expansions.
• Technical aptitude in understanding client hiring needs (IT recruiting experience preferred).
• Strong pipeline management skills, experience with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), ATS tools, and MS Office.
• Fluent in English with excellent presentation skills.
• Degree in Business, IT, HR, or related field.
• Experience with CRM, Applicant Tracking Systems, and MS Word.
