THE POSITION

Working with a growing team of professionals, you will be a solution provider and primarily responsible for generating new business opportunities and growing the company's client portfolio. In addition to that, you will have the responsibility for account management of those new business opportunities generated.

  • WHAT YOU WILL DO :
  • Build new business and strong partnerships with clients in the IT industry.
  • Organize and coordinate resources in order to execute successful delivery of the Recruiting / Staffing services.
  • Market selective resources to targeted prospective clients.
  • Communicate, retain, and support existing and placed resources.
  • Work with clients to ensure their standards, protocols, and expectations.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • 8+ years in sales / business development, with at least 4 years selling staffing, BPO, or RPO services to tech companies (startups to enterprises).
  • 2+ years as an agency recruiter with hands-on experience supporting U.S. accounts (full-cycle hiring or sales).
  • Experience managing and growing key client accounts—proven ability to own relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive renewals / expansions.
  • Technical aptitude to understand client hiring needs (IT recruiting experience preferred).
  • Strong pipeline management skills—experience with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), ATS tools, and MS Office.
  • Fluent English (excellent presentation / pitching skills).
  • Degree in Business, IT, HR, or related field.
  • Work experience with CRM or Applicant Tracking System, and MS Word.
  • Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Business, IT, Engineering, Psychology, Human Resources, or similar programs.
