The Position

As part of a growing team, you will be a solution provider responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding the company's client portfolio. You will also manage accounts of the new opportunities generated.

What You Will Do:

• Build new business and establish strong partnerships within the IT industry.
• Organize resources to ensure successful delivery of recruiting/staffing services.
• Market resources to targeted prospective clients.
• Support and retain existing and placed resources.
• Work with clients to meet their standards, protocols, and expectations.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in sales/business development, with at least 4 years selling staffing, BPO, or RPO services to tech companies (startups to enterprises).
• 2+ years as an agency recruiter supporting U.S. accounts, with full-cycle hiring or sales experience.
• Experience managing key client accounts, negotiating contracts, and driving renewals and expansions.
• Technical aptitude for understanding client hiring needs (IT recruiting experience preferred).
• Strong pipeline management skills, experience with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), ATS tools, and MS Office.
• Fluent in English with excellent presentation and pitching skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, HR, or related fields.
• Experience with CRM or Applicant Tracking Systems and MS Word.
