Team Overview

Our Operations Analyst will work in 99’s Quality Governance team, focused on creating and ensuring the quality standards aiming at improving user's value perception. Being part of the Operations team will give you the unique opportunity to help drive growth in one of the fastest growing companies ever.

This data driven role calls for a rare combination of consumer inspired analytical thinking & interpersonal ability. Be prepared for a fast paced, challenging and joyful environment. This role involves day to day operations execution.

Role Responsibilities

• Designing the Quality Governance strategy, ensuring quality drives trust and raising potential mitigation plans for critical risks.
• Building the scope and capabilities from the ground up.
• Improving the user's value perception by creating and ensuring quality standards.
• Defining behavior-driven policies using education and control tactics.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation in platform policies.
• Periodically reviewing policies to ensure compliance with local laws and industry standards.

Role Qualifications

• Advanced English;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Skilled in data analytics and experience in data-driven decision making;
• Master Excel business analytics;
• Hands-on approach with bias to action;
• Independent and strong critical thinking;
