Qualificações

  • Fluência em inglês obrigatória; espanhol é um diferencial.
  • 5+ anos de experiência em marketing, preferencialmente na indústria de FMCG.
  • Experiência comprovada em gerenciamento de categorias e estratégia de marca.

Sr. Brand Coordinator, Seasonal Categories

Ready to shape category strategy and drive impactful brand growth? As a Sr. Brand Coordinator, Seasonal Categories you will take charge of building and executing end-to-end plans that generate market demand and ensure sustainable, profitable growth. You’ll lead strategic initiatives that align shopper, consumer, and customer needs — maximizing market share and return on investment.

Based in São Paulo SP, you will work closely with Customer Marketing, Sales, and multifunctional teams, influencing across the organization to bring category strategies to life and deliver measurable results. This role is your opportunity to lead with impact in a dynamic, cross-functional environment — driving innovation, commercial strategy, and execution excellence.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing Winning Strategies – Translate deep insights into consumer, shopper, and market dynamics into actionable strategies that drive category and brand performance.
  • Driving Cross-Functional Collaboration – Lead the execution of marketing programs from end to end, mobilizing cross-functional teams and resources to ensure alignment and flawless implementation.
  • Leading Brand Communication – Partner with IMC and marketing teams to define and execute consistent communication strategies for both consumer and customer audiences.
  • Co-Leading Strategic Initiatives – Collaborate with Innovation, Procurement, and Co-manufacturing teams to ensure seasonal readiness and a robust innovation pipeline.
  • Ensuring Best-in-Class Execution – Deliver flawless seasonal activations in partnership with Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Customer Marketing, and Sales.
  • Leveraging Data for Impact – Conduct in-depth analysis to continuously optimize POS investments and campaign ROI, working alongside Customer Marketing, Finance, and RGM.
  • Owning the P&L – Take full ownership of the category’s P&L, influencing cross-functional partners across the value chain—from cost management to commercial strategy—to deliver sustainable growth.
  • Driving Performance – Monitor key business drivers and develop data-driven action plans to meet and exceed targets.
  • Developing Talent – Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team aligned with organizational capabilities and long-term growth ambitions.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with strong analytical skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven experience in category management, brand strategy, portfolio optimization, and communication planning.
  • Solid understanding of P&L ownership, consumer insights, RGM, and commercial execution.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; adaptable and able to manage complexity.
  • Fluent English required; Spanish is a strong plus.
  • High business acumen and passion for the food industry.
