A Resilient procura um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) Backend Sênior para atuar em nossa equipe de plataforma, desenvolvendo serviços backend enterprise com foco em Python (70%) e Java (30%).

Você trabalhará com Kubernetes, APIs REST e uma stack de microserviços, liderando o ciclo de vida do software desde arquitetura até produção, visando escalabilidade e confiabilidade.

Qualificações

• Graduação em Ciência da Computação, Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia ou equivalente.
• 7+ anos de experiência em software/plat. engineering.
• Experiência prática com Python (principal) e Java.
• Conhecimento em APIs REST e microserviços.
• Forte experiência com Kubernetes em produção.
• CI/CD e práticas DevOps.
• Trabalho com dados de alto volume e integrações empresariais.

Responsabilidades

• Projetar, desenvolver e manter serviços backend escaláveis usando Python/Java.
• Construir soluções de alto desempenho para grandes volumes de dados.
• Desenvolver APIs RESTful e integrações com outros sistemas.
• Projetar arquiteturas confiáveis, seguras e escaláveis.
• Otimizar desempenho, diagnosticar problemas e monitorar aplicações.
• Implementar testes, CI/CD e gestão de infraestrutura.

Summary

We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer (Python/Java) to join our platform engineering team and build enterprise-grade backend services that process large volumes of data and support mission-critical operations. This role focuses on designing and implementing highly scalable, high-performance microservices and APIs usingprimarily Python (approximately 70%) complemented by Java (30%), with a strong focus on Kubernetes-based deployments and operations.

The role offers ownership across the full software lifecycle—architecture, development, testing, deployment, performance tuning, and production support—within cloud-native and containerized environments. This is an opportunity to shape platform reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable backend services and enterprise applications using Python and Java.
• Build high-performance solutions capable of processing and managing large-scale datasets.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices integrations with internal and external systems.
• Design software architectures that prioritize reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement proactive monitoring.
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure management practices.
• Deploy and operate containerized applications using Kubernetes, collaborating on orchestration and runtime configuration.
• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver platform features.
• Support production environments to ensure system availability, resiliency, and performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on platform modernization and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of software engineering or platform engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on development experience with Python (primary language) and Java.
• Experience building and supporting large-scale distributed systems.
• Expertise developing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including production deployment, orchestration, and runtime management of containerized applications.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience working with high-volume data processing systems and enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, scalability principles, and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with modern source control and collaborative development practices.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.*

• Experience with Angular.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Docker and Helm Charts.
• Experience with Keycloak, OpenSearch, or Fluent Bit.
• Experience with Ansible.
• Familiarity with cloud-native application development and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
