Qualificações

Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and manage the cash flow of our SCFI, conducting short-, medium-, and long-term projections to support fundraising decision-making.
• Implement and optimize Asset Liability Management (ALM) strategies by analyzing the balance sheet and mitigating financial risks, such as interest rate and liquidity risks.
• Build financial models and scenario projections to identify the impact of economic and market events on cash flow.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Accounting and Financial Planning, to align treasury management with the company’s strategic goals.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards related to asset and liability management.
• Prepare and present management reports and performance metrics to senior leadership, offering insights into the company’s liquidity status and overall financial position.

• Analytical and results-driven profile, with strong data-based decision-making skills;
• Excellent communication and adaptability to change;
• People who enjoy challenging themselves and working in a vibrant, high-impact team;
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Proven experience in Treasury with a focus on Asset Liability Management (ALM) and cash flow management;
• Deep knowledge of cash flow analysis, liquidity management, and financial risk;
• Experience in financial modeling and scenario forecasting;
• Familiarity with applicable financial regulations;
• Background in banking or financial institution treasury departments.
