Uma empresa de software em crescimento busca um Executivo de Contas Sênior para liderar o desenvolvimento de negócios no Brasil. Este profissional será responsável por vendas B2B de soluções de IA, envolvendo negociações de alto nível e a gestão do ciclo de vendas completo. Idealmente, deve ter experiência no setor SaaS e habilidades sólidas de consultoria em vendas, com um foco em resultados e desenvolvimento de mercado.
Position Summary
Responsible for generating new business opportunities, focusing on selling AI software solutions to the B2B market. This is a consultative, hunter-type role, leading prospecting efforts, high-level negotiations, and closing strategic contracts.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and qualify sales opportunities in the Brazilian market.
• Lead outbound prospecting and lead development.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and platform demonstrations.
• Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing.
• Engage with enterprise clients and influence C-Level stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline management, and reporting via CRM.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success and technical teams.
Performance KPIs
• Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) generated.
• Number of closed deals.
• Average sales cycle duration.
• Pipeline conversion rates.
• Upsell and expansion rates within acquired clients.
Technical Requirements
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Strong consultative sales and complex negotiation skills.
• Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
• Experience in selling ERP, Cloud Computing, Data Intelligence Software, as well as cybersecurity solutions such as DLP (Data Loss Prevention), IAM (Identity and Access Management), and SIEM (Security Information and Event Management).
• Ideally, experience in selling AI and generative AI services and infrastructure to large corporations.

Compensation Model
• Base Salary: BRL 24,000/month
• Benefits + Taxes: BRL 16,800/month
• Bonus/Variable: 40% of annual salary (up to BRL 115,200/year, tied to sales targets)

• Monthly: BRL 40,800
• Annual: BRL 489,600 + variable up to BRL 115,200
