Job Description :

Inviting applications for the role of Data Architect

In this role, we are looking for a full stack developer who has experience working on SQL / PL/SQL, data modeling tools like DBeaver, experience working with databases like Oracle, Redshift, etc., visualization tools like Spotfire.

Responsibilities :

• Hands-on experience as a TIBCO Spotfire developer in analysis, design, and development.
• Strong ability to understand analytic specifications and translate the specifications into TIBCO Spotfire visualizations and underlying code.
• Experience with TIBCO Spotfire client key concepts, such as filtering schemes, data on demand, property controls, and more.
• Experience with integration of HTML, R, IronPython, Java Scripting.
• Working experience with databases like Greenplum, PostgreSQL, AWS Redshift.
• Strong experience in performance optimization of Spotfire applications.
• Experience with continuous improvement activities and a desire to help implement lean enterprise initiatives (preferred).
• Must have initiative and strive for continuous improvement. Proven ability to participate in implementing innovative ideas, projects, and business solutions.

Qualification We seek in you!

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and oral.
• Experience using BI technologies, including TIBCO Spotfire.
• Extensive experience with large-scale TIBCO Spotfire development.
• Proficiency in SQL, SQL/PLSQL.
• Knowledge of Databases.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

• Basic knowledge in Data Science.
• Good knowledge of R, Python, etc.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $65,000 to $70,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by factors including experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, geographic location, and internal equity.

Work-from-Anywhere Roles – “Los Angeles California-based candidates are not eligible for this role.”

Location-based Roles – “Schenectady, NY area candidates are eligible for this role only.”
