Job Description:

Inviting applications for the role of Data Architect

We are seeking a full stack developer experienced in SQL/PLSQL, data modeling tools like DBeaver, databases such as Oracle and Redshift, and visualization tools like Spotfire.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience as a TIBCO Spotfire developer in analysis, design, and development.
• Ability to interpret analytic specifications and translate them into Spotfire visualizations and underlying code.
• Knowledge of TIBCO Spotfire client concepts, including filtering schemes, data on demand, and property controls.
• Experience integrating HTML, R, IronPython, and Java Scripting.
• Experience working with databases like Greenplum, PostgreSQL, and AWS Redshift.
• Strong skills in performance optimization of Spotfire applications.
• Experience with continuous improvement activities and lean enterprise initiatives is preferred.
• Proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with BI technologies, especially TIBCO Spotfire.
• Extensive experience in large-scale Spotfire development.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Knowledge of database systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of Data Science.
• Knowledge of R, Python, etc.

The annual base salary ranges from $65,000 to $70,000, with actual compensation determined by experience, skills, location, and other factors.

Note: Work-from-anywhere roles exclude Los Angeles, California candidates. Location-based roles include Schenectady, NY, but exclude Los Angeles, CA.
