BairesDev is seeking a SQL Server DBA to ensure performance and reliability of production databases across our globally distributed environment.

You will own database health, backups, DR, and security, tune queries, monitor bottlenecks, and collaborate with a multicultural, remote team of 4,000+ engineers delivering impact worldwide.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Database Administration experience focusing on SQL Server.
• Expertise in operating and tuning production databases including SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Advanced proficiency in T-SQL/PLSQL and performance tuning for complex queries.
• Hands-on experience with backups, replication, and HA/DR strategies.
• Deep understanding of database security and infrastructure at scale.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

SQL Server DBA at BairesDev

As a SQL Server DBA, you will ensure the optimal performance and reliability of production database environments. You will take ownership of database health and scalability, ensuring that data infrastructure remains secure and highly available for critical business operations.

What You'll Do

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Database Administration, with a focus on SQL Server or similar RDBMS.
• Proven expertise in operating and tuning production databases including SQL Server, Oracle, or Postgres.
• Advanced proficiency in T-SQL/PLSQL and performance tuning for complex queries.
• Hands-on experience managing database backups, replication, and HA/DR strategies.
• Deep understanding of database security and infrastructure at scale.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
