Job Description

The Specialized Talent Sourcer identifies and attracts top candidates with specific skill sets or expertise to fill niche positions. They have a deep understanding of the industry and job requirements they recruit for, utilizing specialized sourcing techniques to match qualified candidates to the specific needs of client organizations.

Work Location: Remote for candidates based in Argentina, Colombia, and Brazil only
Work Arrangement: Remote
Work Schedule: Full-time
Specific Requirements: 2-3 years of sourcing experience. Trilingual (English-Portuguese-Spanish)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and align sourcing efforts.
  2. Post attractive job adverts on specialized job boards and review applications promptly.
  3. Use various sourcing methods such as online platforms, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.
  4. Implement creative and targeted candidate attraction strategies, including mobile and email campaigns, cold calling, and recruitment marketing, to build talent communities.
  5. Engage with potential candidates through personalized outreach and networking events.
  6. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
  7. Pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  8. Share market and candidate insights with hiring teams and advise on sourcing strategies.
  9. Promote the employer brand to attract candidates and highlight growth opportunities.
  10. Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities using ATS and other tools.
  11. Stay updated on industry best practices and sourcing tools.
  12. Support diversity and inclusion by sourcing from diverse backgrounds.
  13. Identify process improvements and suggest innovative recruitment solutions.
Qualifications

Position Requirements:

  • High School diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field is preferred.
  • Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting.
  • Deep understanding and solid experience in specific industries or markets.

Skills and Exposure:

  • Proficiency with specialized sourcing techniques such as X-Ray, Boolean search, data mining, extensions, and aggregators.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong research and market analysis skills.
  • Ability to handle candidate data with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Efficiently manage multiple sourcing tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to address sourcing challenges.
  • Commitment to continuous learning about industry trends and sourcing technologies.
  • Focus on achieving sourcing targets.
