Qualificações

Job Description

The Specialized Talent Administrator & Coordinator provides administrative support throughout the recruitment process, handling pre- and post-hire activities, and facilitating logistical and recruitment tasks for specific client programs or teams.

Work Location: Remote for candidates based in Brazil only.
Work Arrangement: Remote.
Language Requirements: English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with recruitment and interview processes
  • Conducting phone interviews and documenting responses to screen candidates
  • Developing interview schedules to evaluate qualified candidates
  • Updating candidate statuses in recruitment systems (ATS, proprietary systems)
  • Reviewing applicants timely via ATS
  • Scheduling interviews with recruiters or hiring managers
  • Executing offer processes, including creating, routing, and presenting offer letters
  • Coordinating background, medical, and reference checks
  • Arranging travel and accommodations for candidates
  • Managing onboarding and off-boarding processes
  • Posting and editing job positions in ATS accurately and promptly
  • Managing role postings on candidate channels
  • Updating the recruitment team on progress and escalating issues
  • Providing metrics and pipeline reports
  • Supporting the recruitment team administratively as needed
Qualifications

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months experience as a Talent Administrator & Coordinator preferred
  • Experience in an office or business environment
  • Customer service or administrative experience preferred

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong recruitment administration skills
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition practices
  • Fluent in English; Portuguese is required; Spanish is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook
  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
