What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Provide market, supplier, and operational intelligence to optimize managed services operations and sourcing strategies
• Ensure compliance with sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, and risk management programs
• Maintain data integrity across systems and ensure all documentation is processed accurately
• Support supplier relationship and performance programs, including leading Quarterly Business Reviews
• Collaborate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure compliance with contractual terms

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 3-5 years of strategic sourcing experience, particularly in services or indirect categories
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
• Expertise in procurement systems (e.g., Jaggaer or Ariba)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
