Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - F&A in Brazil to manage I2C domain activities, including reconciling agent accounts and posting policy premiums. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to SLA metrics, and collaboration with clients and internal teams.

This hybrid position involves coaching teammates, providing timely process reports, and maintaining strong relationships with agents and stakeholders. Fluency in Portuguese and strong accounting knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Advanced Portuguese (C1) proficiency.
• Experience in accounts payable, AR, and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid Brazil location.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile the agent account as per remittance provided by the current agent.
• Post the amount on policy bill lines received from Agent for policy premium.
• Follow up with the agent on delinquent items and for amounts in suspense.
• Ensure transaction quality meets SLA metrics and compliance.
• Provide relevant process reports on a timely basis.
• Adhere to attendance schedules per roster and company policies.
• Coach and groom team members to build an efficient team.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communicate verbally and via email with businesses.
• Maintain eye for detail and high level of accuracy.

Job Description

In this role, you'll be responsible for all the activities related to I2C domain

• Reconcile the agent account as per remittance provided by the account current agent
• To post the amount on policy bill lines received from Agent for policy premium
• Follow up with the agent on delinquent items and for the amount lying in suspense account
• Ensure that quality of transactions is in compliance with predefined parameters laid down by SLA metrics
• Provide relevant process reports on a timely basis
• Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules i.e. per predefined rosters
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Coaching and grooming of team members to build a strong and efficient team
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate verbally and through emails with businesses
• Eye for Detail and High level of accuracy
• Ability to prioritize effectively, be flexible as needs change
• Positive attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement and an open mind to change
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships with clients & internal stakeholders
