Genpact Ltd. is seeking an experienced Specialist - F&A (I2C) in Uberlândia, Brazil. You will manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable activities, reconcile agent accounts, and post policy bill lines while upholding SLA standards.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, accuracy, and proactive process improvements within a hybrid work model. Fluency in Portuguese is required, with strong analytical and communication skills to interact with agents and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, commerce, economics, or finance.
• Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, CTP, CFA) are a plus.
• Portuguese language proficiency required (Advanced).

Responsabilités

• Handle I2C domain activities and reconcile agent accounts.
• Post amounts on policy bill lines from agents.
• Follow up on delinquent items and suspend accounts.
• Ensure transaction quality per SLA metrics.
• Provide timely process reports.
• Coach and groom team members for efficiency.

Job Description

• In this role, you'll be responsible for all the activities related to I2C domain
• Reconcile the agent account as per remittance provided by the account current agent
• To post the amount on policy bill lines received from Agent for policy premium
• Follow up with the agent on delinquent items and for the amount lying in suspense account
• Ensure that quality of transactions is in compliance with predefined parameters laid down by SLA metrics
• Provide relevant process reports on a timely basis
• Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules i.e. per predefined rosters
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Coaching and grooming of team members to build a strong and efficient team
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate verbally and through emails with businesses
• Eye for Detail and High level of accuracy
• Ability to prioritize effectively, be flexible as needs change
• Positive attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement and an open mind to change
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships with clients & internal stakeholders
