As an Early Intervention Instructor or Developmentalist, you will have the chance to work directly with children from birth to age three. This position provides opportunity for flexibility, with the goal to work one-on-one with families in person or virtually. Parents and caregivers are coached through interventions based on daily routines and the child’s natural setting. Teammates have unique opportunities to collaborate with other childcare professionals to carry over goals while following an individualized Family Service Plan. POSITION SUMMARY:
As an Early Intervention therapist, you can make a positive impact on children and families! Teammates work directly with children from birth through age three and their families, using a coaching model to empower the parents to be the ones who provide the needed supports and techniques to help their child succeed and achieve their goals . Services are provided in the child's natural setting, such as their home, daycare, or community setting. This is a per visit position (5-19 hours per week) with the opportunity to build to part time or potentially full time depending on need, flexibility, etc.

Position Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Family and Child Services, or related majors -or- have a bachelor’s degree with at least 18 credit hours in early childhood development.
At least one year of experience working with children aged five or younger with a developmental delay.
Ability to travel with a form of reliable transportation.
Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
