Your primary role is to ensure that the clients are satisfied with the services our company provides. If you're ready to learn and leave your mark on a growing company, this is the perfect position for you!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, conduct the onboarding process, and manage the content for the clients.
  • Manage and strengthen clients' relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams for successful client outcomes.
  • Drive retention and growth among the most valuable customers.
  • Represent the voice of the client and mediate between the clients and the organization.
  • Closely manage and nurture accounts to identify and eliminate risks.
  • Improve customer experience through product support, handling customer complaints and requests.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role and client relations is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and advertising.
  • Comfortable in meeting and speaking with clients.
  • Resourceful with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Pay:

From R$5,000.00 per month
