New Accounts Advisor (Inside Sales) - Level 1

New Accounts Advisors play a key role in achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth. You should be comfortable making dozens of calls daily, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and collaborating with senior managers to close sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Convert inbound leads into new clients
  • Identify new sales opportunities via web/phone prospecting, former clients, and referrals
  • Maintain and expand prospect database on CRM
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Assign qualified opportunities to senior sales executives for closure
  • Close sales
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
  • Strong English speaking skills
  • Reliable internet connection (50 Mbps or higher) for VOIP
  • PC with noise-canceling microphone headset
  • Experience as a Sales Representative or Associate
  • Familiarity with Zoom, HubSpot CRM, and Google Office Suite
  • Strong research and written communication skills
  • Able to multitask effectively
  • Team player
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
