We are looking for a Sourcer Recruiting to join the Recruiting team and participate in different projects made up of multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. We are looking for proactive, dynamic people and team players, with great organizational capacity, accustomed to handling multiple tasks and with marked attention to details. What You’ll Do:

1. Be responsible for the sourcing process, including publications on portals, headhunting, and CV filtering.
2. Understand the requirements of each vacancy to carry out the headhunting process according to these needs.

Here’s what we are looking for:

1. At least 1 year of work experience.
2. Knowledge of the IT market.
3. Great self-management capacity.
4. Studies in Human Resources, psychology, or related careers.
5. Advanced English level.
