Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

The Customer Outcomes Senior Source to Pay Technical Consultant is responsible for configuring the ServiceNow Platform (IT Workflow, Customer Workflow, Employee Workflow, and Platform) based on leading practices to provide solutions that achieve customer outcomes. The Senior Technical Consultant is the functional and technical expert in customer engagements.

  1. Participate in workshops with customers to assess current processes and establish future-state processes.
  2. Design and deliver ServiceNow S2P solutions with a technical architecture designed for long-term success and following ServiceNow technical standards and leading practices.
  3. Provide oversight and unit testing of code developed by partner or customer employees.
  4. Advise customers on how to leverage the ServiceNow Platform capabilities to improve their business processes.
  5. Guide customers in completing required documentation such as business requirement workbooks for technical aspects of the solution.
  6. Provide feedback to product development to enhance the product based on customer experiences.
  7. Maintain skills and certifications on S2P Solutions.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically analyzing how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry. 8+ years of experience in a professional services organization or equivalent education/experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Creativity and comfort in managing projects independently.
  • Success in analyzing and resolving complex issues.
  • Experience working collaboratively.
  • ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflows.
  • Advanced English skills.
