What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical leadership and expertise in guiding customers through their security transformation journeys
- Meet and exceed sales quotas by implementing strategic technical account plans across the PANW portfolio
- Build strong customer relationships to drive adoption of Palo Alto Networks solutions, enhancing productivity and security
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand key technical and operational requirements of prospects and customers
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in pre-sales or sales engineering
- Expertise in at least one area: Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Private/Public Cloud Security, SOC/Endpoint, or SASE
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders in customer-facing or internal roles
- Experience creating and delivering technical presentations or workshops
- Proficient in English with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in delivering cybersecurity solutions that address technical challenges and drive new business initiatives
- Background in selling, designing, implementing, or managing solutions like Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP, or SOC Transformation Technologies
- Familiarity with complex sales processes involving multiple buying centers and multi-product solutions
- Previous experience partnering with Customer Support functions for solution implementation
- Willingness to travel for in-person customer meetings as required
