One of our companies is currently looking for a Solutions Architect in Brazil.

As a Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in helping enterprise clients unlock the full value of their Customer Data Platform (CDP) investments. You'll guide clients through technical implementation and strategic deployment, working across web, mobile, and server environments. You'll be the go-to expert for best practices, integration strategies, and data architecture, ensuring smooth onboarding and a strong foundation for ongoing adoption. This is a client-facing, consultative role that blends technical acumen with project leadership, perfect for someone who enjoys solving complex problems in a collaborative, global environment.

Accountabilities:

• Lead customer onboarding, implementing technical solutions and integrating APIs across various platforms.
• Design scalable data structures and advise on best practices for data flow into analytics tools and cloud data warehouses.
• Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and iterate on processes to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on platform functionality and integrations, providing ongoing support and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with product teams to enhance platform capabilities based on real client feedback.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or implementation roles.
• Strong skills in SQL and experience with data architecture and cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Proficient in JavaScript and API integration; familiarity with server-side languages is a plus.
• Experience managing cross-functional client engagements and collaborating with marketers, engineers, and business leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Prior experience in the MarTech ecosystem (analytics, attribution, CRM, adtech) is highly desirable.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
