Role Responsibilities
  • Lead Technical Onboarding: Partner with key clients to architect and manage their technical integration with our APIs, ensuring a seamless and efficient setup;
  • Provide Expert Guidance: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, advising them on optimal ways to leverage our API features (e.g., shipment creation, tracking, rating, fleet matching) to achieve their specific business outcomes (e.g., cost reduction, delivery speed, reliability);
  • Translate and Advocate: Decode and translate complex client requirements and workflows into clear, actionable user stories, technical specifications, and bug reports for our internal engineering teams. Explain technical constraints and capabilities to clients in a clear, business-relevant manner;
  • Develop Integration Assets: Create and refine high-quality technical documentation, integration guides, code samples, and best practices to empower clients and improve the self-serve integration experience;
  • Drive Product Insight: Synthesize client feedback, integration patterns, and common challenges into strategic insights and prioritized recommendations for the Product team to inform the API roadmap and feature development;
  • Troubleshoot and Optimize: Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues during the integration process, collaborating with engineering to find swift and effective solutions.
Role Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise:
    • 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Developer Advocate, Technical Account Manager, or similar client-facing technical role, preferably within API-based platforms, B2B SaaS, logistics tech, or marketplaces;
    • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs: you can read API docs, use tools like Postman/Curl to test endpoints, explain authentication (e.g., OAuth, API keys), and understand payload structures (JSON);
    • A solid understanding of software development: lifecycles, integration patterns, and basic networking concepts. Ability to read and understand code snippets in languages like Python, JavaScript, or Java is a strong plus.
  • Client-Facing Excellence:

    • Exceptional communication skills, bridging technical and non-technical audiences;
    • Adaptability, empathy, teamwork, and a proactive approach to driving results.
  • Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
