Nokia is searching for an Optical Pre-Sales professional to be a technical interface with clients, focusing on optical networking solutions (DWDM, OTN). Responsibilities
- You have a strong background in optical networking (more than 10 years), with expertise in DWDM and OTN technologies.
- You are adaptable and thrive in complex, ambiguous environments while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Your primary role is to act as Nokia's technical interface with the client, preparing technically and commercially competitive proposals.
- You will collaborate with Post-Sales teams and Product Line Managers across the globe, requiring strong English communication skills.
- You will contribute to defining customer solution roadmaps and priorities, aligning our solution strategies with customer needs and budgets.
- You will analyze customer requirements and propose solutions to non-standard queries.
- You will provide expertise in solution architecture during the early phases of opportunity development, working directly with customers.
- You will identify technical risks and develop mitigation plans.
- You will support the bid team in offer development, including solution descriptions, SoW, BoQ, and SoC.
- Automation is transforming the transport industry by reducing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Knowledge in this area is highly desirable—please highlight your relevant experience.
