Responsibilities
- Build Strategy: Collaborate with account and marketing teams to shape strategic plans and tailor Microsoft messaging based on customer feedback, solutions, and competitive landscape. Develop consumption plans with Partner and Industry Solutions Delivery teams post customer approval. Gather competitive knowledge and relay insights to product and engineering teams to improve strategies. Provide strategic, technical, and partner insights at the account level to support strategy development.
- Education: Engage with internal tech communities, attend events, and mentor colleagues. Demonstrate new products and increase understanding of solutions and opportunities. Develop personal learning plans, identify gaps, and expand domain expertise through customer and partner interactions.
- Leverage Partner Ecosystem: Support partner technical capacity by identifying skill gaps and providing feedback. Facilitate partner resources and processes during projects.
- Scale Customer Engagements: Use knowledge of resources and proactively engage product teams to resolve blockers. Reach out to customers independently, lead technical discussions, and establish engagement rules. Use customer references to bolster credibility.
- Solution Design and Proof: Present architecture patterns, support cross-workload solutions, and apply sales methodologies. Lead demonstrations and proofs of concept, leveraging partner and customer teams to showcase capabilities and integration.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field + 3+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience, OR
- Bachelor's Degree + 4+ years of experience, OR
- 5+ years of experience, OR
- Equivalent experience.
- Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6+ years in technical pre-sales, consulting, or delivery.
- 4+ years experience with cloud/hybrid/on-premises infrastructure, migrations, or technology management.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, Azure, Security, Architecture).
