About the job:

The company is growing fast and we are looking for a Solutions Engineer with extensive experience in a presales role creating solutions based around Oracle software running on Amazon Web Services. You will be positioning Cintra’s solutions and services to our customers, partners, and prospects. You will also support our sales team in their selling efforts. You must be able to lead technical discussions with senior stakeholders and position the right solution for our customers’ needs.

This role does require you to be fluent in Spanish and English.

What You Will Be Doing:

1. Provide technical presales support to the sales team.
2. Provide technical support to our customers and become their trusted advisor.
3. New opportunity qualification.
4. Lead technical discovery and assessment of a customer’s current state.
5. Identify the right solution for the customers’ requirements.
6. Solution design.
7. Solution pricing.
8. Proposal development.
9. Customer presentation.
10. Post sales support to ensure delivery success.

You must have all of:

1. 3 years in a dedicated Presales role.
2. 3 years working with the Oracle Database in a technical role.
3. 2 years working with public cloud in a technical role.

Great To Have:

1. Experience with multiple public clouds, including Oracle OCI, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure.
2. An understanding of methods and tooling for assessing cloud readiness, including the AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP).
3. Experience with other database technologies including PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and cloud databases such as AWS Aurora & Google Alloy.
4. Experience positioning and selling professional services and managed services.
5. Experience in planning and estimating migration and upgrade projects.

Language:

1. Bilingual with English and Spanish or Portuguese, required.

Qualifications & Education:

1. BS degree, or equivalent experience, required.
2. Professional Oracle & AWS certifications desired.
