IQVIA is seeking a Technical Lead to guide multi-cultural teams and own the design and delivery of the Global Data Warehouse platform. You will drive requirements, architecture, and end-to-end delivery in a fast-paced agile environment.

Responsibilities include leading development, unit testing, UAT support, production deployments, and cross-functional collaboration with data architects and DevOps teams. Fluency in English required; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Understand application requirements and translate into design
• Responsible for application design and development
• Handle complete unit testing of the component or application
• Support testing and UAT phases and resolve issues
• Implement the application in production and perform post-production checks
• Work in a fast-paced agile development environment with DevOps/ProdOps
• Partner with architects to develop effective solutions
• Collaborate with data architects on data models and database designs
• Proactively help resolve difficult technical issues
• Participate in projects through multiple phases
• Create scripts and automation to support environments and deployments
• Keep management informed of activities and schedules
• Interact with end-users to gather requirements and convert to working documents
• Deliver full lifecycle software development on time
• Maintain a positive solution-oriented attitude
• Interface with solution areas to support development and documentation

IQVIA is developing its next generation Global Data Warehouse platform to support near real time analytics and insights against hundreds of Terabytes and Petabytes of health care data. We are currently seeking a Technical Lead with experience in leading multi-cultural teams across different regions and timezones.

• Should be able to understand application requirements
• Responsible for application design and development
• Handle complete unit testing of the component or application
• Support testing and UAT phases and resolve the identified issues
• Implement the application in production and complete post-production checks
• Work in a team of employees with different disciplines
• Work in a fast-paced agile development environment along with DevOps and ProdOps concepts/ teams.
• Partner with architects to develop effective solutions that solve business challenges
• Work with data architects on the logical data models and physical database designs optimized for performance, availability and reliability
• Proactively help resolve difficult technical issues
• Participate in projects through various phases
• Scripting and automation to support development, QA and production database environments and deployments to production
• Keep management informed of work activities and schedules
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Ability to work with end-users to gather requirements and convert them to working documents
• Ability to complete the full lifecycle of software development and deliver on time
• Strong interpersonal skills, including a positive, solution‑oriented attitude
• Must be passionate, flexible and innovative in utilizing the tools, their experience, and any other resources, to effectively deliver to very challenging and always changing business requirements with continuous success
• Must be able to interface with various solution/business areas to understand the requirements and prepare documentation to support development
• Healthcare experience is a plus

• Main Stack: C# / .NET / Razor Javascript NUnit Angular Typescript Java SQL Server MongoDB
• Plus: Databricks SSIS/SSRS Elastic Search / Kibana Hangfire jQuery Vue Bootstrap Powershell scripts Experience in Bug Data technologies / environments (Hive, Impala, HBase, Cloudera etc)
