You will drive sourcing strategy, lead intake sessions, and ensure diverse, compliant recruitment across designated departments while leveraging ATS/CRM tools for candidate engagement and analytics.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Proven experience in a Talent Search or Recruiter role, preferably in a fast-paced, global organization.

Responsabilidades

• Candidate Engagement: Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and CRM tools to identify and engage passive candidates, promoting IQVIA’s mission and opportunities.
• Screening and Evaluation: Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and alignment with role expectations.
• Diversity and Compliance: Champion diversity hiring initiatives and ensure adherence to local and regional compliance standards.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and talent market dynamics to inform sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and CRM systems.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with the broader recruitment team to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Analytics and Reporting: Use data and metrics to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and continuously improve recruitment strategies.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Talent Search team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
