A leading technology firm is seeking a Solution Architect for a new project in manufacturing water meters. This role involves participating in design workshops, defining specifications, managing communications with customers, and leading technical discussions. The ideal candidate has experience with complex distributed systems, strong analytical skills, and a client-oriented mindset. This position is located in São Paulo, Brazil.

Qualificações

• Participate in designing workshops with customers to define specifications.
• Manage communication with customers regarding functional use cases.
• Lead technical discussions with customers during the RUN phase.
• Analyze customer change requests and operational environment.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and troubleshoot field issues related to solution functionalities and performance.

Conhecimentos

Specification of complex distributed systems (e.g. using Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE))

Capacity to define end-to-end functional use cases involving several interconnected sub-systems (devices and information systems)

Business analysis and client-side support in defining system specifications

Communication protocols (TCP/IP stack)

Challenges and constraints related to radio and cellular networks

Challenges and constraints related to software server platforms (information systems, IT, cybersecurity, deployment)

Cybersecurity practices and considerations

Collaboration with offshore R&D teams

Strong analytical skills

Facilitation skills and open-mindedness

Strong client orientation

Water meters - Solution Architect

We are with new project to manufacture water meters and looking for talents for our team.

Responsibilities

1. Short term (first 3 months)
   • Participate to Solution design workshops with customer and Sagemcom Solution architects, to define functional, performance and security specifications of the end-to-end solution (including information systems and smart meters), according to customer needs
   • Manage day2day communication with customer for all topics related to End2End functional use cases, and relay questions to Sagemcom solution architects
   • Lead technical discussions with customers during the RUN phase regarding functionalities and performance of the end-to-end solution
   • Analyze customer needs including change requests and operational environment
2. Long term
