Overview

Role: Solution Architect — Tel Aviv, Senior, Full-time.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solution Architect to bridge the gap between our R&D team and Field Sales Engineering and Customer Success teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, deep knowledge of cloud security solutions, and the interpersonal abilities to prioritize and resolve issues while maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Bridge R&D and Field Teams: Act as a liaison between the R&D team and Field Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams; translate technical requirements and feedback to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Operationalize Cyera’s Core Product Offering: Facilitate deployment and seamless operationalization of advanced data scanning solutions; ensure all components function effectively and are integrated to deliver actionable customer insights.
• Problem Solving and Issue Resolution: Use analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly; prioritize tasks to ensure timely resolution of high-impact issues.
• Enhance Customer Relationships: Maintain a professional relationship with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding; provide expert guidance to Field Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Technical Expertise: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cloud security; provide technical insights and recommendations to improve product features and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect (or similar technical role), preferably in the cloud security domain.
• Extensive expertise in database querying and data analysis, with the ability to craft efficient queries, extract meaningful insights, and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and security solutions.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building strong relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Certifications in cloud security or related fields (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP) are a plus.
