Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking experienced soil and water conservation scientists to evaluate and improve AI systems trained on sustainable land and water management. You will shape how AI understands, reasons about, and communicates conservation topics for global environmental professionals.

The role is remote, hourly/task-based, with 10–40 hours per week. You will work independently on flexible schedules and contribute to ongoing AI research projects across borders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in soil science, hydrology or related field.
• Strong knowledge of soil processes and water systems.
• Ability to evaluate environmental science reasoning and AI outputs.
• Comfort with reviewing and giving feedback on technical content.

Who You Are
