Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Engineering or a relevant area.
• At least 3 years of professional experience with focus in one of the following fields: Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management, Urban and Regional Planning, Civil Engineering Materials Science, Coastal and Ocean Engineering, Earthquake Engineering, Surveying and Geomatics, Hydraulic Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Public Health Engineering, Sustainable Engineering.
• Advanced (C1) English or higher.
• Proficiency in Python with experience using libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, and Pandas.
• Strong ability to design creative and diverse problems, particularly those that are computationally intensive.
• Willingness to learn new methods and handle challenging, complex guidelines.
• Remote freelance availability (laptop, internet, time, and enthusiasm).
