Qualificações

• Experiência em automação de testes e ferramentas como Cypress e Selenium.
• Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis como Scrum e Kanban.
• Inglês avançado (verbal e escrito) para colaboração internacional.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases across our software automation platforms (with a focus on execution and analysis)
• Execute manual tests when its necessary (Desktop)
• Analyze and clearly communicate test results
• Track and report defects, performing root cause analysis
• Participate in daily QA activities
• Review requirements with developers to ensure clarity and consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet QA goals
• Maintain effective communication with third parties when needed

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate processes to ensure compliance with quality standards;
• Creating, maintaining, and executing test plans and test cases against our software platforms;
• Compile and organize Jira test issues;
• Identify and report failures, suggesting continuous improvements;
• Analyzing and communicating test results;
• Monitor all defects, problems and risks in the project;
• Participating in the day-to-day QA activities;
• Review requirements with developers for consistency;
• Work cross-functional teams to achieve QA team objectives;
• Train team members in best practices and quality processes being a technical reference;
• Relationship with third parties;
• Automation of test scenarios

Who you are

• Live in São Paulo – Brazil, with easy access to our office (Chácara Santo Antônio);
• Intermediate/Advanced English knowledge (verbal and written, you'll collaborate with international teams!)
• Quality process validation
