Must-Have Requirements

• Experience in Java Engineering, specifically for a DXP Software Product (see examples in the JD)
• Brazilian nationality
• Fluent in English and Portuguese
• Willing to travel 25-50%
• 4+ years of Java Engineering experience

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Engineer with DXP experience to lead our customers in implementing our HCL Total Experience platform.

The Java Consultant will:

1. Own technical and development activities for change requests, enhancements, and project tasks.
2. Participate in all phases of the software implementation lifecycle.
3. Support the development or modification of technical projects.
4. Participate in solution testing activities.
5. Work remotely from Brazil, supporting clients in South and North America.

Qualifications

• Brazilian nationality
• Fluent in English and Portuguese
• Willing to travel 25-50%

Experience and Skills

• 4+ years in Java, JSF, Hibernate, Spring, EJB, JPA, JDBC
• 3+ years working with a DXP platform such as Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, etc.
• Experience delivering on DXP platforms like Sitecore, Adobe Experience Platform, Acquia, Optimizely, HCL DX
• 3+ years using HTTP/ AJAX Proxy
• Experience with Unit/Integration Testing (JUnit)
• Understanding of agile methodologies and best practices
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Docker, Jenkins)
• Experience with Design Systems and Front-end Frameworks (React, Angular)
• Knowledge of MVC architecture
• Experience in an Agile environment
• Cloud certifications

Location: Remote in Brazil, supporting clients in the Americas.
