Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Engineer with Software Product DXP experience to lead our customers in implementing our HCL Total Experience platform.

The Java Consultant with DXP experience will:

1. Take ownership of assigned technical and development activities for change requests, enhancements, and project tasks.
2. Participate in key activities within the software implementation project lifecycle (discovery, development, testing, documentation, deployment).
3. Support development or modification of technical projects following standard procedures.
4. Participate in solution testing activities.
5. Be based in Brazil, with the ability to support clients in South and North America.

Qualifications

• Brazilian nationality
• Fluent in English and Portuguese
• Willing to travel 25-50%

Experience and Skills

• 4+ years using Java, JSF, Hibernate, Spring, EJB, JPA, JDBC
• 3+ years working with a Software Product DXP (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore)
• 3+ years delivering to DXP platforms like Sitecore, Adobe Experience Platform, Acquia, Optimizely, HCL DX
• 3+ years using HTTP PROXY / AJAX PROXY
• Experience with Unit and/or Integration Testing (JUnit)
• Understanding of agile delivery processes and best practices for usability, maintainability, scalability
• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD frameworks (Docker, Jenkins)
• Experience with Design Systems
• Experience with Front-end Frameworks (React, Angular)
• Understanding of MVC architecture
• Experience in Agile environments
• Cloud certifications
