About the Role

We are looking for a developer who wants to own the product, not just a ticket. Join us as a Software Developer where your code ships —not quarterly, not monthly, but weekly and even daily. You will be responsible for a high-value internal website in a low-code environment designed for rapid development. You won’t be stuck grinding through Jira tickets (although we do track features) or sitting through endless sprint retros (we do not have those)

You will:

· Build and deploy real features used by real users

· Work in Xojo, a fast, fun, and learnable environment that rewards creativity and speed

· Own entire features end-to-end implementation to production

· Get direct input from users, not filtered through five layers of product management

We care more about your curiosity, initiative and ability to ship than your resume bullet points. If you’ve ever wanted to just build stuff that matters without the corporate overhead, this is your place.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain applications using Xojo. We only deploy the web version.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and user experiences.

· Debug and troubleshoot to enhance functionality and performance.

· Integrate third-party APIs, databases, and external services as needed.

Qualifications

· Experience in software development using one or more traditional languages such as Perl, Python, Ruby, JavaScript or Visual Basic.

· Prior experience developing with Xojo or other low code development platform.

Other low code experience a plus but not required, e.g., Unqork or OutSystems.

· Familiarity with object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

· Willingness to learn and work with Xojo.

· Knowledge of SQL.

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
