Responsibilities

As a Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in the success of a fast-growing company. Your responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable systems supporting our financial services, ensuring seamless operations and excellent user experience. You will drive innovation by implementing secure, reliable, and cutting-edge solutions to meet evolving customer needs.

• Write well-designed, testable, efficient code using best practices.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating new technologies and proposing architectural enhancements.
• Implement solutions that support scaling and performance improvements.
• Work with version control systems like GitHub, resolve conflicts, and automate CI/CD processes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive software documentation.

Requirements

• Academic background in computer science, engineering, or related disciplines.
• Hands-on engineering experience.
• Experience dealing with medium to high complexity domains.
• Solid understanding of web application security, session management, and best practices.
• Knowledge of relational databases and OOP principles.
• Familiarity with Domain Driven Design; Microservice Architecture is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies rapidly.
• Proven experience designing high-performance, scalable, reliable distributed applications.
• Development experience with Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and AWS.
• Experience with asynchronous programming and performance tuning.
• Practical experience applying AI frameworks in projects.

Experience delivering solutions like real-time decisioning engines, scalable payment platforms, compliance interfaces, fraud detection pipelines, or regulatory reporting systems is highly valued.
