We are looking for Software Craftspeople who share our values of pragmatism, professionalism, and transparency to join our team in Brazil. You will utilize your expertise with both clients and internally—helping to shape Codurance and engaging in coaching and mentoring across the company.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of internal and client projects, such as developing a greenfield project for a startup, building mission-critical systems for large enterprise clients, working as an embedded craftsperson within client teams, or helping to introduce Software Craftsmanship and Extreme Programming practices through coaching and mentoring.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience in Java
2. Familiarity with cloud solutions, particularly AWS
3. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
4. Understanding of good development practices (Test-driven development, pair programming, continuous integration/deployment)
5. Consultancy experience
6. A passion for continuous learning and sharing knowledge

Nice to Have:

1. Experience in C#.NET
2. Experience working with MongoDB
3. Familiarity with systems at scale
