We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our Billing & Fraud Prevention team. As our business expands rapidly, we are developing a top-tier billing and payment processing system to support new products and pricing models. Concurrently, we are building fraud detection and prevention systems to safeguard our operations and customers from malicious actors. As a Senior Engineer, you will lead technical design, system architecture, and coding efforts for your team and the broader engineering organization.

Shipping & Handling Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to our SaaS billing system, including bundling, pricing, and packaging tools to support go-to-market strategies.
2. Maintain and enhance our existing postage billing system to support high-throughput invoicing.
3. Develop and sustain our fraud prevention ecosystem.
4. Collaborate with product teams to define the scope of new products and features.
5. Work with engineering colleagues to establish milestones aligned with product requirements.

Do you tick the boxes?

• BSc in a STEAM field, preferably in computer science or software engineering.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience building high-volume distributed systems, scalable APIs, services, or applications.
• Proficiency in server-side programming languages such as Go, Python, Java, or Ruby.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly to stakeholders across departments and levels.

Bonus

• Experience in developing and maintaining high-performance billing and invoicing systems.
