Qualificações

• 2+ years of full-time professional experience.
• Proficiency with AI Assisted Coding.
• Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS) on AWS.
• Hands-on Python; Flask or FastAPI a plus.
• Strong full-stack skills (Python, Ruby, Node.js).
• Experience with relational or non-relational databases.
• Experience with AWS cloud services preferred.

YOUR IMPACT

You will build, test, update, and deploy secure backend web services using Python, Typescript, container technologies, and Kubernetes. You will write SQL queries, perform data migrations, and craft tools for CI and automation. You will develop new and extend existing applications to run securely and at scale in the cloud, while supporting troubleshooting issues in live products and developing solutions to monitor application health. You will secure implementations, mitigate vulnerabilities, and take ownership across the complete software development lifecycle—from documentation, design, and prototyping, to testing, implementation, and production deployment. You will be based in one of our offices in Central America as part of the Game-based Innovations Lab (GBIL). GBIL’s technical team includes data scientists, learning scientists, game designers, and developers who collaborate with product and design experts to develop games for learning, assessment, and measurement.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• 2+ years of relevant full-time professional experience
• Proficiency with AI Assisted Coding
• Knowledgeable in container orchestration and technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, EKS from the ground up, including configuration, development, update and deployment in AWS EKS or Kubernetes
• Hands on Python; experience with web frameworks like Flask or FastAPI are a plus
• Strong understanding of full-stack web development and common frameworks such as Python, Ruby, or Node.js
• Experience working with relational or non‑relational databases
• Experience with cloud services such as those offered through AWS is preferred
