Pride Global is hiring a Software Engineer - Frontend II - Brazilians only - Fluent in English

Location: Remote (Brazil)

Contract: Temporary (6 to 9 months)

An established and rapidly growing Ads organization is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join the Campaign Management team. This team is focused on expanding and improving the core functionality that enables advertisers to create, edit, share, and analyze their ad campaigns with ease.

You’ll be working on key advertiser-facing tools, helping design and build experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and impactful. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute not just to new products, but also to the internal platform used by other product teams.

What You’ll Do

• Work on the Ads platform UI, particularly features related to campaign creation and management
• Contribute to and maintain the Ads Design System used across multiple teams
• Build intuitive interfaces for advertisers to efficiently manage their campaigns
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineers to define and deliver user-centric features
• Take ownership of projects end-to-end — from technical design to launch and support
• Participate in code reviews and continuously advocate for high-quality code and design standards
• Help shape the evolution of the Ads experience from the frontend perspective

Tech Stack

• Languages: TypeScript, Python
• Frameworks & Libraries: React, React Query, Thrift, Kafka
• Datastores: Postgres, Cassandra, Druid, Redis, BigQuery
• Tools: Storybook, Playwright

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Frontend Engineering, especially with modern React
• Ability to own features or projects from design to deployment
• Comfortable with ambiguous problems, proposing clear and scalable solutions
• Strong coding, testing, and documentation skills

Bonus if you have experience with:

• Building modern, intuitive UIs and maintaining design systems
• Using Storybook for UI component development
• Implementing end-to-end testing with Playwright or similar frameworks
