We are looking for an experienced Mid-Level Developer to join our fully remote team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in C#.NET, SQL, MongoDB, and AWS, with a preference for healthcare industry experience. The Mid-Level Developer will collaborate with our Product organization to design, develop, and enhance applications and functionalities, reporting to the Healthcare unit. This role is vital in delivering high-quality software solutions and data integration to support organizational goals.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate innovation and provide hands-on technical leadership.
2. Design and implement high-quality, innovative software solutions.
3. Participate in architecture discussions.
4. Maintain software quality by establishing good practices and habits within the team.
5. Champion efficient development standards and ensure adherence to the software development life cycle.
6. Identify and promote areas for growth and improvement.
7. Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
8. Collaborate with partners to understand requirements for new functionalities and projects.
9. Lead projects and internal initiatives, working with team members, other development teams, and key partners and users.

Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with C#, .NET Core, SQL, MongoDB, OpenShift, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
• Experience migrating applications to cloud environments.
• Designing complex, distributed, high-performance, scalable, and reliable applications.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Knowledge of system architecture, best practices, and design patterns.
• Building high-quality, scalable web applications and APIs.
• Problem-solving skills, ability to analyze solutions, and teamwork experience.
• Effective communication with customers and internal teams regarding updates and resolutions.
• Mentoring and developing team members.
