This is a hybrid position and we are attending the offices 3 times a week (Vila Olimpia, São Paulo, Brazil).

Radiant's Connectors Team

The Connectors team plays a critical role in the success of our product. Without our APIs, we wouldn’t be able to ingest customer data—and without data, our AI magic doesn't happen. APIs are truly the heart of our platform.

Connectors ensure data flows smoothly from the customer’s environment into our system, enabling our AI to analyze it and determine its relevance. They help the AI understand the context and structure of the data, deciding whether or not it's useful.

We’re constantly looking for creative ways to work around customer-specific requirements and make sure integrations are clean, reliable, and well-aligned with the rest of our system architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Build business logic for all connector types (e.g., webhook, polling, syslog, etc.) and contribute to various design patterns to make this easier.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance the performance of connectors, ensuring minimal downtime and high reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to refine technical requirements and develop engineering solutions that meet product needs.

What we're looking for

• Experience with different integration methods like REST, Webhooks, etc.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their services (e.g., S3, SQS).
• Knowledge of distributed systems and building fault-tolerant, high-availability platforms.
• Strong understanding of database and search technologies (e.g., SQL, ElasticSearch, MongoDB).
• Proficiency in English (at least an advanced level) for effective communication and collaboration.

Nice to Have

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting data platforms using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
