As an engineer on our team, you’ll work side by side with world-class developers to bring Agentic solutions to life, at enterprise scale.

As a Software Engineer in the Extensibility team, you will be involved in creating what is next for Agents within M365 Copilot, platform engineering, architecture and design, as well as infrastructure and tools.

Responsibilities

• Driving projects from design through implementation, experimentation, and finally shipping to our users. This involves identifying product features or gaps, working with product teams to flesh out details, designing, and collaborating with other engineers for end-to-end implementation.
• Holding accountability as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI), working with engineers across products/solutions, and monitoring systems for degradation, downtime, or interruptions.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• OR equivalent experience.
• Business fluency in English (read, write, speak).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• OR equivalent experience.
• Experience with backend coding and web services.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Git.
