We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist to join our team in Sao Paulo, São Paulo (BR-SP), Brazil (BR).

Mandatory Skills:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in application maintenance and support, L2 role
• Strong in Unix
• Strong in writing SQL queries
• Knowledge of other scripting/coding languages – preferably Java

Details:

• Actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis
• Assist in code fixes and rigorous testing where required
• Good knowledge of Unix, SQL, and scripting languages
• Support product servers and clients on cutting-edge platforms
• Contribute to continuous improvement and delivery, focusing on application performance enhancement
• Work effectively in collaboration with team members
• Provide technical feedback and support to development teams
• Perform detailed RCA of production issues and implement corrective actions
• Demonstrate collaboration and communication skills, capable of leading in a global environment
