We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Specialist to join our team in Sao Paulo, São Paulo (BR-SP), Brazil (BR).

Job Description

• Actively support the resolution of Level 2 issues with detailed analysis, including code fixes and rigorous testing as required.
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise with Unix and SQL.
• Possess good knowledge of scripting languages.
• Support product servers and clients on cutting-edge platforms.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and delivery processes.
• Focus on enhancing application performance.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Provide technical feedback and support to development teams.
• Perform detailed root cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Exhibit strong collaboration and communication skills, capable of leading in a global environment.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in application maintenance and support.
• Proficiency with Unix, SQL, and scripting languages.
• Knowledge of programming languages, preferably Java.
