We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Specialist to join our team in Sao Paulo, São Paulo (BR-SP), Brazil (BR).

Job Description

• Actively support the resolution of Level 2 issues with detailed analysis, code fixes, and rigorous testing where required.
• Have hands-on expertise with Unix and SQL.
• Possess good knowledge of scripting languages.
• Support product servers and clients on cutting-edge platforms.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and delivery processes.
• Focus on enhancing application performance.
• Work effectively with team members and provide technical feedback to development teams.
• Perform detailed root cause analysis (RCA) of production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Demonstrate collaboration and communication skills, capable of leading in a global environment.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in application maintenance and support.
• Proficiency with Unix, SQL, and scripting languages.
• Knowledge of programming languages, preferably Java.
